I have been involved in a number of online projects over the years in an amateur capacity. These have included graphic design, writing, web design and other areas of work. At the moment, the main highlights of these are: A Crimean Diary A new website I am designing for a client in relation to an electronic copy of a diary of an officer who served in the Crimean War that he is making available for purchase. Work here has involved all coding, graphics, image scanning/processing as well as acting in an advisory capacity. Auto Assembly Website The official website for the annual UK Transformers convention that I run jointly with Sven Harvey. I am responsible for all coding, graphic design, and am one of the two primary writers. Auto Assembly Forum This is the official discussion forum for the event, as well as general Transformers-related discussion. I am the primary forum administrator, and the most active member on the board. Black Country Golf Challenge This website is one I have designed for a client who is running an ongoing local golf tournament. For this, I am advising on design and structure as well as graphic design and HTML coding. This site has now been taken offline. Bjorn Lynne Unofficial Fan Site A site designed by my fiancée as an authorised fan site for leading computer game musician, Bjorn Lynne. I have assisted with graphics work, and some assistance with the HTML coding. Infinite Frontiers This was the original website run by my organisation which stopped being updated about 2 years ago. I was involved as the main writer, as well as in an editorial capacity and a limited amount of graphic design. The web design was handled by another individual who is no longer connected with the organisation. Infinite Frontiers Online Website This was the relaunch of my organisation's website in 2002, featuring a vast array of articles and features on a range of subjects. As well as being the site's primary writer, I have also been responsible for most of the graphics on the site in terms of design, as well as the HTML coding of the site. Following carefully planned publicity and a content-driven approach, this site has received over 285,000 hits since it's launch in June 2002. Infinite Frontiers Online Forum This is the discussion forum attached to the website, and my primary role here is as forum administrator, overseeing activity on the forum, producing news updates to members, and ensuring that the content is appropriate to the audience. As well as this, I have done some graphic design contributing to the look of the forum. Simply Gaming This is an online computer games news website, and I have been assisting with this site for some time, writing reviews across a number of different gaming formats. The site is no longer online and the site has now been converted into the online presence for a game PR company I am now involved with. Special Game Service Another gaming news site, I have done some graphic design for this site, most notably an animated banner used by the site for promotion purposes.
