Welcome to the new-look Downloads section of our website. Here you'll find a selection of software and files for the PC and Amiga, as well as fanzines and other goodies to download in the popular PDF format. Because of the sheer volume of files we have freely available now, we have split this area into four sections - Amiga files, PC files, PDF fanzines and a fourth that we'll come onto in a moment. Please note that many of the Amiga titles on the site will also work on PCs that are running Amiga emulators - you will find notes next to each download listed telling you what will and won't work.

We are also continuing to expand and enhance our section that contains a selection of software and games that have been previously released commercially or are brand new titles that we have managed to get for the site. At the moment, we have full games and applications across a range of formats for use on native machines and emulators including:- Amiga, Atari (8-bit), Atari ST, BBC B, Commodore 16, Commodore 64, PC, Spectrum, and Vic 20!! There are far too many titles to list here that we have licenced so just check them out for yourselves. Hope you enjoy them all!

Because of the sheer volume of downloads we have available now, we have split the commercial section. The main part has most of the titles, but because we have a lot of titles from Anco and Llamasoft, these have both been given their own dedicated area of the site. Also, iIf you need any technical help and support for anything in the downloads area, have questions about software controls, or have requests that you want to put forward to us, visit the new dedicated downloads board on our forum and we'll try to answer all your questions there.

For the downloads generally this is probably the most demanding part of the website for our servers. Not only does it take up most of the space we are using at the moment but also uses the most bandwidth. We are going to have to look at increasing the capacity of our server in the near future and as with everything, this costs money. If you could afford to make a small donation to help with our operational costs of the site, it would be much appreciated and would allow us to continue bringing you a range of top games and other files free of charge.

With the files from our range of Amiga software, everything will be on here compressed with either DMS or LHA. However, for many of our full-disk releases, we will also be looking into converting these into ADF format for use with various Amiga emulators on the PC over time, although DMS files can be used with Amiga emulators with an additional program being used.

Finally, we would also like to say that we are aware of a number of places where some of our own titles are available unofficially. For further information, see the link at the bottom of this page. Please note that we can only offer support to files downloaded from THIS website, although we can't offer more than basic support for the commercial titles available for obvious reasons.

File Collections Available To Download

If you keep checking the web site every few days you'll notice that this part of the site will be updated with new files covering a wide range of subjects. We already have quite a good selection of files online so please feel free to download anything here. If we can continue to afford to expand the server then we'll be able to keep these online indefinitely and adding many more, but otherwise we may have to consider removing some files in the future as space and bandwidth becomes something of a premium. If you can afford to make a donation to help us maintain and expand this section, please do so.

We have split the commercial downloads into several sections now. There are some companies with a lot of titles available, and we felt that it was best to give these their own dedicated area of the site.
