Auto Assembly 2011 is offering a packed weekend of entertainment and Transformers-related activities. With so much going on, it's going to be hard to know just what do to and when, so use this handy guide to get an idea of what you might want to see and do over the course of the weekend. For those of you planning on attending for just one day, this might help you choose which day to attend, or even persuade you that you really want to be there for the whole convention!

The convention will be split into four main areas during the weekend:- the Main Hall which will hold most of the dealers, the guests and will play host to all the guest talks and the Saturday night party. Next to this is the bar area which will incorporate additional dealers and our Game Zone. On the floor below will be the Arden Suite which will be our Alternative Programme Room and will host a wide range of additional activities, and finally is the Arden Suite Lounge which is just outside the Arden Suite and will be used for more informal gatherings and events.

Please note that there are still a large number of programme items to be added to this schedule, along with activities in the Alternative Programme Room and lounge area so at the moment the programme will either show excessive episodes or gaps but these will be chaged as the convention draws closer.

You are welcome to bring your cameras and video cameras to the convention, but there will be restrictions on some programme items for photography or video recording and these will be limited to official convention camera crew only. These will be marked clearly here and announcements will be made at the convention as well. Please respect these restrictions as we do not want to impose a total ban on cameras for future events. If you are found making unauthorised recordings of any of the prohibited activities then you may be asked to leave the convention.

Friday 12th August 2011 - Weekend Attendees Only

As you will know, we are not sending out passes for the convention in advance this year. Instead, we are operating a pass pick-up system at the convention itself. Just bring along a print out of your booking confirmation email to our Check In Desk which will be located outside the Main Hall on Friday afternoon before the convention starts, or first thing Saturday or Sunday morning to pick up your pass, programme and goodie bag. If you can't make it at those times, you will be able to collect your passes later in the day when you arrive at the convention.

Please note that times have been set for pass collection based on your ticket number. Please do not arrive earlier than your designated time slot. If you can not make your time slot, you CAN attend a later time slot, but not an earlier one.

We may have a limited amount of trading from our Dealers on the Friday evening but this is not confirmed at present. Until this is announced, Dealers will NOT be trading on Friday or accepting reservations of items. Dealers tables will also NOT be accessible for viewing by attendees.
