We've opened bookings now for Auto Assembly 2009 and we're flying along with our guest line-up with no fewed than FOURTEEN guests already confirmed! While we now have both our voice actors confirmed for this year, we are still waiting to hear from a number of our regular comic guests but here's a brief run-down of who we have so far... As always, all of our guests are appearing subject to work and personal commitments.

Gregg Berger Gregg Berger

Gregg is known to Transformers fans the world over as the voice of Grimlock, everyone's favourite Dinobot! As well as that, Gregg voiced numerous other characters during G1 including Skyfire, Outback, Longhaul and several others. Away from Transforers he has worked on a host of other animated shows including GI Joe, Spiderman and has provided the voice for Odie in all of the Garfield cartoons including the recent CGI movies alongside fellow Transformers actors Frank Welker, Neil Ross and Wally Wingert! He has also had an extensive career in video game voiceover work. This will be Gregg's Auto Assembly debut and we hope you'll all make him feel incredibly welcome.

Ian James Corlett Ian James Corlett

Ian provided the voice of Cheetor in Beast Wars and it's follow-up series Beast Machines for five seasons from 1996 and was one of the shows most popular characters. Away from Transformers, Ian has had a diverse career in animation and voice over work. Ian is making his Auto Assembly debut and we hope that you will make him feel welcome.
Jason Cardy Jason Cardy

Colourist Jason is returning again to Auto Assembly following his current stint doing work on Titan's new Transformers comic working alongside his long-term partner in crime, Simon Williams, and colouring the work of other established artists including Guido Guidi.
Kat Nicholson Kat Nicholson

Regular Auto Assembly attendees will be familiar with Kat's work as she coloured the Beast Wars Megatron postcard for Auto Assembly: Target 2006. More recently she cut her teeth professional with Transformers working on IDW's Beast Wars Source Books and has now done work for Titan's Transformers comic.
Liam Shalloo Liam Shalloo

Making his return to Auto Assembly, Liam is relatively new to the Transformers scene. Making his mark through fan work, Liam had his first break into Transformers as a colourist working for IDW Publishing where he has continued to work on several of their titles. He has since gone on to work on Titan Magazines monthly Transformers comic.
Andrew Wildman Andrew Wildman

Joining us for an astonishing sixth time, Andrew is an established comic illustrator and worked on the original G1 series for Marvel with Simon Furman and has worked steadily on Transformers comics ever since working with almost every publisher who has had the rights to produce Transformers comics from Marvel, Dreamwave, IDW Publishing, Panini and now Titan Magazines! He is co-owner of Wildfur with Simon Furman. Because of work commitments, Andrew will only be with us for the Saturday.
Simon Williams Simon Williams

Making his fifth and very welcome appearance at Auto Assembly is comic artist Simon Williams. Simon has worked on the UK Transformers: Armada comic for Panini, has done Transformers illustrations for SFX magazine and has also worked IDW Publishing. In addition, Simon created the covers for the Season 3/4 and Season 1 G1 box sets for Metrodome and since 2005 he has been doing artwork for Auto Assembly providing cover artwork for The Cybertronian Times and artwork for our exclusive postcards.

Making his debut at Auto Assembly is IDW and Titan colourist Kris Carter. Kris has attended the convention before as a fan but this will be the first time he is joining us as a guest! He has been working on Titan's comic as well as various titles for IDW and he is working on the cover for The Cybertronian Times and collaborating with Simon Williams on one of this year's convention exclusive postcards as well as joining our other comic guests on stage.

Staz is making a welcome return to Auto Assembly after making his debut in 2008. The Marvel G1 and Titan artist will be on hand to talk to fans and sign autographs and be part of our comic guest panel.
Lee Sullivan Lee Sullivan

Making his long awaited return to Auto Assembly is Lee Sullivan. Lee has been responsible for a vast amount of work on the Marvel UK G1 comic as well as working on Doctor Who and William Shatner's Tek War series. Since 2004 Lee has also been one of the regular postcard / Cybertronian Times cover artists for Auto Assembly!
Mike Collins Mike Collins

Marvel UK G1, Star Trek and Doctor Who artist Mike Collins is returning for his second Auto Assembly appearance and we're sure you'll all make him feel welcome once again.

Relative newcomer to the world of Transformers, Lee is joining is for the second time to talk about his work on Titan's Transformers comic and his other projects...

Dublin-based IDW and Titan Books artist Nick Roche will be making his Auto Assembly debut for Auto Assembly 2009 and we're sure you'll all want to join us in making Nick feel welcome!

Creator of the ever popular Combat Colin and Robo Capers backup strips that featured in the Marvel G1 comics, as well as currently working on a seemingly never-ending range of diverse titles including Viz, and The Beano, Lew is making his Auto Assembly debut. Because of family commitments, Lew will be joining us for the Saturday only.

Making his Transformers convention debut is Jon-Davis Hunt. Jon has recently joined the team working on Titan Magazine's Transformers comic as their new regular artist for their UK-originated strip, although he has produced cover artwork for them previously. He has also worked for IDW on the adaptation of Revenge Of The Fallen and was one of the artists for 2000 AD. Prior to switching to the comic industry, Jon previously worked in the video games industry. Jon will be at Auto Assembly for the SUNDAY only
