Urgent: Booking Deadlines
Before you book tickets for this year's convention, we would like to stress that the deadlines for getting tickets in advance are now VERY tight. International pre-registrations are closing today (20th May) and after this date we can not guarantee you will get your confirmation packs in time for the event. This is also the date for UK postal bookings which allows us time for payments to clear.
For online UK bookings, this deadline is Saturday 27th May which will ensure your confirmation slips reach you before the convention. Any bookings reaching us after these dates are placed AT YOUR OWN RISK and we can not guarantee safe arrival of your confirmation slips/info packs. If you do book after these dates, your admission to the event may be delayed while we confirm your identity/booking manually against our booking records.
Booking Your Tickets
You can now book your tickets for Auto Assembly 2006. There are two ways you can do this. First, download the booking form below by right-clicking on the link and selecting "save target as" to save the file to your PC. The fill the forms in and send it to us with your payment.

Alternatively, you might want to buy your tickets online and you can now buy your tickets for Auto Assembly 2006 online by credit card through this page. As with Auto Assembly 2005 it has been set up using a shopping cart system and is provided by PayPal. The tickets are the same price as normal although there is a 5% surcharge to cover our PayPal fees. Although tickets for under 5s are normally free, there is a nominal charge of £0.01 for these using this system as PayPal will not accept items with a zero value.
To book tickets, simply select the ticket type you want and add it to your shopping cart. We need to know the names and dates of birth of each person attending (dates of birth are essential to validate ticket types) and the receipt and information will be sent to the card holder's address. In the note field when you check out, please confirm your email address and an evening telephone number if possible in case we have any queries about your booking and state the main contact point for the booking. You will need to add each person separately, including free places for under 5s.
You can also use this to pre-order copies of the event magazine, The Cybertronian Times Issue 8, at £5 each. To order multiple copies, simply change the quantity in the shopping cart. You can also pre-order the AA2006 convention exclusive pin badges for £2.00. Please note that the badges are initially limited to a maximum of 1 per person so for example if you are booking places for 3 people then you can order a maximum of 3 badges.
As you add an item to your cart, a new window will be opened which will display your shopping cart and you will be able to check out from there. To add a new person with an identical ticket type, either type the new information into the box or refresh the page and start again. Please note that we must have the names for each person attending though (real names only, for health and safety purposes). If you do not do this it will delay the processing of your booking.
Once you have finished, simply go to the shopping cart and check out! Please note that Auto Assembly is a non-profit making organisation and is run in our spare time so it does take us time to process bookings. We will ensure that all bookings received will be dispatched in time for the convention but please bear with us as we will have up to 500 bookings to process for the convention this year as well as working with guests, dealers, the venue, sponsors, producing the magazine, and much more besides.
Adult Tickets - £15.00
Standard admission for all adults, aged 16 or over.
Child tickets - £12.00
This is for children aged under 16 at the time of the event
Student tickets - £12.00
For anyone who is a full-time student (proof may be required on arrival at the event)
Elderly tickets - £12.00
For over 60s at the time of Auto Assembly 2006.
Under 5s - FREE
Any child under 5 at the time of Auto Assembly 2006. There is a nominal 1p charge for online tickets.
The Cybertronian Times Issue 8 - £5.00
The official magazine - 56 pages of articles, reviews, features, artwork and much more! These will be available for collection on the day.
Auto Assembly 2006 Pin Badge - £2.00
Colour metal enamel pin badge made to the same high standard as the 2005 badge. Convention exclusive and a limited production run of 1,000 badges worldwide. Additional badges will be available on the day to buy if we have spares available.
