Event Exclusives - Updated 24th May 2005
We're going to be continuing the trend of the last few years and having a number of exclusive items available this year at Auto Assembly 2005! While, sadly, we're not able to bring you an exclusive toy because these are only available to licenced conventions by arrangement with Hasbro, we have got a few great items this year that we think you'll love...
The Cybertronian Times, Issue 7
Our own event magazine. Spanning approximately 56 A5 pages, this is packed with articles, reviews, fiction, artwork and much more including an exclusive interview with last year's Guest Of Honour, Wally Wingert! Full colour throughout and featuring cover art by Simon Williams! This costs just and you can pre-order it now by sending a cheque or postal order to us at the usual Auto Assembly address payable to "Infinite Frontiers" or you can buy a copy on the day.
There is no limit to the number of copies you can buy, but stocks on the day may be very limited so we'd recommend that you do pre-order a copy!
Auto Assembly Pin Badge
The first of possibly several designs we may
be producing over the next couple of years, this one featuring the official
Auto Assembly insginia. This is an amalgamation of several Autobot/Maximal
insignia and is a very high quality two-colour metal/enamel pin badge as you
can see from the photo here and costs just £2.
You can pre-order these by sending your payment to us at the usual address and they will be in your pack for collection on the day. These are limited to ONE per person initially although once we have ensured that all attendees have had the opportunity to buy a badge, any spares will be available to anyone to buy later in the day or after the event. We would like to stress that it is VERY unlikely that these will be made available to buy to anyone who has NOT attended Auto Assembly 2005.
The badge is limited to 1,000 worldwide and once these have sold out, we will not be producing anymore of this design so here is your chance to own a unique souvenir from Auto Assembly 2005!
Auto Assembly 2005 Postcards
The second exclusive for 2005 is the first in what will hopefully be an ongoing series of postcards following on from the ones produced by Metrodome for past events. We are producing these postcards ourselves and this year's postcard features RiD Prime and the artwork has been produced by Simon Williams. Every attendee will get one postcard absolutely FREE in your goodie bag (giving all of you something to get signed by Neil Kaplan!), but if you want to buy extras for your friends, you will be able to from the registration desk for just 50p each. The postcard is limited to a print run of 1,000. To see a (watermarked) preview of the postcard, click here.
