Out On A Limb - Anirog
Commodore 16, Commodore 64
Out On A Limb was released in 1985 and was a fiendishly difficult platform game, based on the Jack and the Beanstalk story... It requires precision jumping as you climb the beanstalk up into the clouds and beyond. Each screen appears as you jump blindly from one to the next.
The C64 version is notable because of the speech featured in the game - a brief introduction, speech at the end, and every time you lost a life. There is very little difference between the two versions other than that.

The Download
The game is available here as a zip file containing the appropriate file for use with a range of emulators. Where possible, we are trying to include "pure" tape image files to bring you as accurate a library of Anco/Anirog titles as we can. While some of these will take longer than game image files, they are true to the originals. Other files will be ready to fun single program files that can be loaded into most suitable emulators.
